Gerald C. Wilson Auditorium
Join us for a community conversation about the Gerald C. Wilson Auditorium (est. 1986) and planning its use and development for the future. The Auditorium is Kodiak’s much loved performing arts facility, home to both school and community programming. Recent condition assessments completed on the Auditorium have found a significant need for system upgrades, particularly in sound and lighting systems. To better plan for continued use for the next thirty years, KIBSD and Kodiak Arts Council are hosting an Auditorium community meeting. All users and interested community members – including directors, teachers, performers, technicians, volunteers, parents, and audience members – are invited to learn more about the needs identified and help envision and articulate solutions for this important community facility.
